Any third-party assets used (stock photos, plugins, themes, fonts) remain subject to their original licensing terms.
Payment Terms
- Services require an advance payment (deposit) before work commences, as agreed in the project proposal or invoice.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the agreed milestone schedule.
- Prices for SEO, ad management, and social media services are typically billed on a monthly retainer basis unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing services until dues are cleared.
- All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as described in our Revisions & Refund Policy below.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery of Services, the Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate content, images, credentials, and information required for the project in a timely manner.
- Review and approve deliverables (designs, ad campaigns, content) within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensure they have the legal rights to any content, trademarks, or media supplied to us for use in their project.
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
Delays caused by the Client in providing content or approvals may extend the overall project timeline accordingly.
Revisions & Refund Policy
We offer a limited number of revisions as specified in your service agreement/proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Refunds, if applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of work completed. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started, as they cover time and resources already committed.
Third-Party Links & Tools
Our Services may involve the use of third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, hosting providers, SEO tools). Zainab Web Studio is not responsible for the policies, downtime, pricing changes, or performance of these third-party platforms.

Limitation of Liability

Termination of Services
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice, as specified in the individual service contract. In case of termination, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
Zainab Web Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, abusive behavior, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions any disputes arising from the use of our Website or Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
